If you are not completely satisfied with any item your ordered, simply fill out the back of your invoice and return it within 30 days of the invoice date.  Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed after it is delivered to our warehouse.

Please make sure the item is returned protected during transit with outer packaging similar to that with which it was sent.  All items being returned for exchange/refund must reach us in re-saleable condition which includes their immediate outer packaging and any tags, labels still attached.  Items returned in less than new condition may be subject to a restocking fee if the retrun is accpeted.  ie. Items recieved with pet hair and/or dander will not be accepted.

DVD's, Blu-Rays, CD's, Books, Linear Edge Wall Art, Canvas Prints, & Drop Ship items are NOT returnable.  If you received one of these items damaged please call our customer servcie department within 2-3 days of receiving your shipment.

You can expect speedy fulfillment on all of your orders. In most cases, your order is processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship from New Jersey.

Please note that if you do not receive your order within 3 Business days after it shows delivered when tracking it, please contact us so we can contact the carrier and possibly file a claim. If you wait longer than 7 business days after the package was delivered please note we might not have any recourse with carriers and also affect the ability of us to reship or refund your order.

International orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days and usually arrive within 2 weeks (depending on the country and customs clearance)  Orders are sent via US Mail and are subject to broker and applicable customs clearance fees and duty if any apply.

Customs: You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.



While we make every effort to maintain ample supply of our stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If you order something that is out of stock, you will be advised of the expected delivery date. If we do not hear from you, your order will be processed once we receive the item(s) and shipped to you. If you do not wish to wait until this date you can cancel your order at anytime. Notices are sent every 4-5 weeks.

All prices are in US dollars. Many items are of limited availability and may be sold out. Items may increase in price due to availability without notice, especially on backorders, pre-orders.

We try our utmost to deliver absolute, accurate information on our products. However we are not responsible for printing errors or omissions. We are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions or pricing errors.

We are able to accept orders worldwide, however some items may not be able to be fulfilled to some countries. This is due to licensing restrictions imposed upon us.
