How can I pay for purchases made at the Speedgear Online Store?

The SPEEDGEAR Online Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We also now accept Paypal payments.

How do I go about returning merchandise that I order from Speedgear?

At SPEEDGEAR.COM our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We will credit your account, less any shipping charges, for items returned within 30 days of your original invoice date. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item(s) please complete the return information found on the back of the invoice and include a copy with your return. Packages must be returned pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns. Refunds will be processed when the item(s) are received. We will only accept returns that have all the original tags in place and are returned in their original packaging. Please allow 1 billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.

What happens if I place an order and Speedgear does not have it in stock?

While we make every effort to maintain ample supply of our stock, occasionally we are out of certain items. If you order something that is out of stock, you will be advised of the expected delivery date. If we do not hear from you, your order will be processed once we receive the item(s) and shipped to you. If you do not wish to wait until this date you can cancel your order at anytime. Notices are sent every 3-4 weeks regarding extensively detailed items.

When can I shop on the Speedgear Online store?

You can order from our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We are able to accept orders worldwide, however some items may not be able to be fulfilled to some countries. This is due to licensing restrictions imposed upon us.

What is the Credit Card Security Policy of the Speedgear Online Store?

Providing a safe and secure environment for your order information is one of our top priorities. The Speedgear Online Store does NOT keep a record of your credit card number in its ON-LINE database. Do I need to pay sales tax on my orders?

Speedgear is required to collect applicable New Jersey State Sales Taxes on all shipments within New Jersey. No sales tax applies to orders shipped to an address in any other state.

All Clearance or Final Sale items are non-returnable . All prices are in US dollars. Many items are of limited availability and may be sold out. Items may increase in price due to availability without notice, especially on backorders, pre-orders.

We try our utmost to deliver absolute, accurate information on our products. However we are not responsible for printing errors or omissions. We are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions or pricing errors.

What items cannot be returned?

You may return these items for EXCHANGE ONLY if they are defective. If so, indicate where the defect lies and upon verification, replacement of same item will be issued. For missing or defective trading card(s), replacement will be forwarded via US Postal Service at no charge.

All Clearance or Final Sale items are non-returnable .Some items are identified as special order ONLY. These items may NOT be returned for any reason except defective or damaged product upon your receipt of said product. We must receive your advise of such damage with 48 hours of your receipt of said product.

How long after I place my order will it be shipped?

You can expect speedy fulfillment on all of your orders. In most cases, if your ordering from the USA, your order is processed within 48 hours and received within 5 to 7 business days.

International orders are processed within 72 hours and usually arrive within 7-12 days.

Customers please be aware we will make every effort to deliver your entire order in one shipment. For orders taking more than 30 days, we will notify you by mail and give you the option to cancel. We ship via USPS or FedEx Ground Service. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require Air Delivery, please add $13.50 surcharge.

International Customers

International orders are sent via carrier and are subject to broker and applicable customs clearance fees and duty.

Canadian Customers: We ship your order via FedEx or US Mail. There is an additional charge for Canadian orders. $10 for orders up to $50 and $20 for orders of $50 or more. You will be liable for any customs or duty fees. No orders are shipped internationally via US mail due to the inability to track orders.
