Speedgear.com offers an excellent storefront in which our customers will click right to your products being sold on eBay.

Instructions:

1. We prefer you email us a photo and description of the item(s) you wish for us to Auction on eBay. If you can't email us, please mail us a picture and description. Please send your items to:

2. We will then determine if the item is sellable on eBay and how much the perceived value of the item would be. Value will be determined by our expertise in the industry and recent/past listings on eBay.
3. We will email or fax you the perceived value of your item(s). You will have 48 hours to advise us if you want to proceed. Please note: we can only accept items with our perceived value of $100 or more.
4. If you want to proceed, we will email/fax you our Sales Agreement. This will outline the possible fees/charges associated with the sale of each item. You will have to sign the agreement and mail it back with your credit card information (only charged if your item sells) filled out, along with the item.
5. Item will be listed on eBay within 3 days of receipt of your product. Once it sells we will handle all the shipping, packaging and insurance on the item.
6. If the item is listed two times and does not sell, we will return the item to you and we will pay the return shipping/insurance. You will not be liable for any charges if the item does not sell, unless you have requested that the auction be listed with a reserve (minimum price). With a reserve, you will be charged 7% of the listing price for the reserve fee (only if item does not sell). You will be liable for the shipping of the item to us and, in the case it doesn't sell, back to yourself.
7. Once the auction has successfully ended, we will collect payment from the customer and ship them the item. Items are shipped via Ground Service only, which takes 6-8 business days for delivery. Customer has 72 hours after receiving the item to review it and contact us if they have any problems with the purchase. Once the 72 hours have elapsed, we will then process your payment and ship out your check within 5 business days.
8. If a successfully auctioned item is damaged in transit to the customer, we will process the insurance claim with the carrier, and once we receive the payment for the value of the item (3-4 weeks), we will issue you a refund check within 5 business days.

Commissions:
29% for the first $100-300
23% for the Next $700 ($300.01 - $1000)
17% for the Remaining amount $1,000.01+

Minimum commission is $20. These commissions do not include all fees normally paid on any eBay sale such as eBay commissions and other fees such as credit card fees and PayPal fees.

6% for the Next $700 ($300.01 - $1000)
